Nyc Abc Fitness is inviting you to find your inner fighter. Fine-tune your exercise routine with this 4 week program. You will learn the proper running form and build up your stamina, in a friendly environment. Learn advanced skills and footwork drills that build strength, speed and power. Challenge your work out routine. Let us assist in your journey to gain those long lean muscles you yearn for as well as build strength and stamina! Running and Tabata is an intense, yet fun way to burn fat.
Our small group size allows for personalized attention.
