Grab a set of dumbbells and water!
- Jog 3 minutes
- Run fast for 2 minutes
- 30 Side squats with alternating dumbbell shoulder raises
- 30 Deadlifts
- 30 Push Ups
- 30 Dips
- 30 Burpee’s
- 30 Full Sit Ups
REPEAT 4 times
